Dr. Toms is a graduate of The University of Georgia and The Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. He also completed a general practice residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Having a dental practice that is family-focused, relaxed, and friendly is very important to him. This is why he became certified to administer intravenous (IV) sedation and oral-conscious sedation techniques for his patients with dental anxieties and fears.
